HomeFix Pro, a sole proprietorship operating in the State of Colorado (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides residential handyman services in the Denver metropolitan area. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website homefixpro.co (“Site”) or engage our services. By using our Site or submitting a service request, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly. When you submit a service request, contact us by phone or text, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

- Email address (when voluntarily provided)

- Photographs you voluntarily upload related to a service request

3. Text Message (SMS) Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a service request, you expressly consent to receive text messages from HomeFix Pro related to your inquiry, including price quotes, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling (720) 605-5459. Opting out of SMS will not affect our ability to contact you by phone regarding active service requests.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only as follows:
- Service Providers: With third-party platforms that assist in our business operations, including website hosting, workflow automation, analytics, and internal notification tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

9. Colorado Privacy Act
The Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-1301 et seq.), effective July 1, 2023, provides Colorado residents with certain rights regarding their personal data. While HomeFix Pro, as a small local service provider, may not meet the statutory processing thresholds requiring full CPA compliance, we voluntarily extend the following rights to all Colorado customers: the right to access, correct, and delete personal data, and the right to opt out of data processing for targeted advertising (which we do not engage in). 10. Do Not Track
Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. We do not engage in online behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking of our users.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete such information.
12. Changes to This Policy
